About the role
The Community Development Worker plays a vital role in our Community and Recreation Services Directorate. Reporting to the Team Leader of Community Programs, this position is responsible for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement programs that enhance community capacity and foster meaningful connections.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing quality customer service while creating tangible value for our community. This role involves identifying community needs, planning projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
