About the role
The Swim Programs Instructor plays a vital role in delivering swim programs tailored to various skill levels. This position requires a focus on participant safety, quality service, and adherence to established guidelines to facilitate skill development in a supportive atmosphere. Our casuals have a great opportunity to get to know all of our Swim Programs teams from Peninsula Leisure Centre Woy Woy to Toukley Aquatic Centre and enjoy variety in the teams, tasks and days and times worked.
As an instructor, you will prepare lessons, monitor participant progress, and maintain effective communication with both participants and staff. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our programs and the satisfaction of our community members.
