About the role
The Aboriginal Liaison Officer is a pivotal role within the Community and Recreation Services Directorate, specifically in the Community Development section. This position is responsible for implementing initiatives that align with the First Nations Accord, aimed at achieving meaningful outcomes for the Aboriginal community on the Central Coast.

This is a targeted position in accordance with Section 14d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage, cultural knowledge and connections are a genuine requirement of the role.
