About the role
The Reception Officer will serve as a key contributor to our Leisure and Aquatic Centres, ensuring high-quality customer service as the initial contact for visitors. This role involves delivering accurate information, managing entry fees, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
In this fast-paced environment, you will engage with both new and existing customers, promoting our programs and memberships while maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
Successful applicants will be employed on a casual day-to-day basis. Shifts are available at Lake Haven Recreation Centre, Peninsula Leisure Centre, Gosford Olympic Pool, Toukley Aquatic Centre and Wyong Olympic Pool, with working across multiple sites possible.
Shifts will be available Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 4:45am and 10pm. Penalty rates apply for weekend shifts.
