About the role
The Innovation and Performance Partner is a pivotal position responsible for driving enhanced organisational performance through strategic service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will involve expert facilitation and business analysis to ensure that all services are optimised to meet community needs and organisational goals.
In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the Innovation and Performance Partner fosters an integrated approach to business excellence and continuous improvement, enabling service optimisation and transformation across Council. The role advocates for the Community Strategic Plan by proactively identifying and enabling cross-functional improvements that enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. You will have the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
