About the role
The Casual Library Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and managing library operations effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring the library meets the business, educational, informational, and recreational needs of the Central Coast community.
Successful applicants will be employed on a casual day-to-day basis and could be working at any of our Library Branches or Outreach Services across the Coast, rostered between Monday to Sunday, primarily between the hours of 8.00am and 9.00pm. Our Casuals have a great opportunity to connect with all of our teams from Umina Beach to Lake Haven, and enjoy variety in their tasks, customers, and days and times worked.
The successful candidate will engage with patrons, assist with library resources, and contribute to the overall success of the library services offered.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
