Organisational Development Project Advisor

About the role

The Organisational Development Projects Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of organisational development programs including performance development, engagement and culture and integrating psychological safety initiatives as part of a broader mental health program. It will also lead the development and implementation of youth employment and engagement programs and diversity and inclusion framework.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • degree qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or Business Management or significant contemporary experience in a similar role combing with ongoing professional development
  • significant experience working in an organisational development role
  • demonstrated ability to lead people projects of varying complexity through their lifecycle to delivery scope within time, cost and quality constraints
  • proven effectiveness in coaching and developing capability of staff and managers, by fostering a performance based and employee experience focused work culture
  • sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creative and achieve business organisational development solutions
  • demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence, persuade or negotiate outcomes that add value to the organisation
  • proven ability to access and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organisation to achieve quality outcomes that support business strategy.

Other important information

  • The commencing salary for this position is up to $97,632.15 per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $113,125.55 on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • We have a temporary full-time role available
  • This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
  • We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite 
  • This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
