The End User Compute Lead provides specialist knowledge and leadership to a team working towards the efficient, effective and secure management of technology assets to support end user service delivery and performance across the organisation. Additionally, this role develops and maintains computer and mobile asset inventory to optimise hardware lifecycles and actively contributes to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans for IT.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Key activities of this role include:

  • Lead and manage key internal and external relationships, and operating arrangements associated with the delivery of quality end user compute services
  • Foster and develop a positive and progressive team culture by guiding and mentoring team members
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality customer support and service improvement strategies to improve the customer experience.

About You:

  • Ideally Degree qualified in IT or related field and experienced in delivering excellent levels of service using strong relationship management skills
  • You are highly organised and self motivated, with high level leadership and coaching skills
  • You look for opportunities to drive improvement, with a focus on supporting a seamless end user experience

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $96.3k to $115.5k per annum + 11% superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role, with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available
