This role is a step into learning on the job about how you can learn about how to service or repair bridges, wharves and signs. This is an outdoor work job where every day you will learn from others who will be there to support you.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Key activities of this role include:

  • undertake daily truck inspections and identify if a service or repair is needed
  • with supervision you will learn how to do minor construction of concrete and timber bridges, wharves and signs
  • work with experienced team members to undertake labour duties and tasks.

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $51,078k to $61,222k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 11% superannuation. 

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a course of vaccinations against Hepatitis A and B and Tetanus or demonstrate their immunity.
