This newly created Business Manager role provides leadership and direction to a team of professionals to prioritise and enhance customer experience for Water and Sewer through researching into, delivering on educational programs and engagement with customers and community in relation to Water and Sewer requirements, services, priorities and projects.
Along with leadership you will also be managing and reviewing a range of internal interfaces, technologies, strategies and projects to be able to present current commercial and customer priorities and work on delivery of future planning for the Water and Sewer business, forming the basis of Council’s ongoing revenue proposal to IPART.

A vehicle may be provided for official duties and private use leaseback in accordance with Council’s Vehicle Policy. Alternately a vehicle allowance of $165 per week ($8,580 per annum) is also an available option.
