The Learning and Development Lead Specialist oversees the day-to-day work and functions of the learning and development team, collaborating with others to complete the programs and projects of the section. In this role you will provide value add Learning and Development strategies and expertise that support current and future business needs and build organisational capability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, development and implementation of learning frameworks and the implementation of learning management systems. The ideal candidate will also have skills in training design and facilitation, operational training, and excellent communication skills encompassing consultation.

This role provides a salary range of between $85k to $102k per annum + superannuation
A vehicle is provided for official duties and private use leaseback is available in accordance with Council’s Vehicle Policy.
