The Business Advisor is responsible for assisting the Senior Business Partner and Business Partner in delivering strategic and operational People and Culture (P&C) services to meet business and client needs across our varied and diverse workforce.

The role involves providing employees and managers with specialist HR assistance including timely, customised and effective advice, information and support in relation to a range of P&C activities to implement people solutions, as well as assisting in recruitment processes, developing and reviewing position descriptions and providing support in workforce change management and workforce planning.

Key activities of this role include:

  • Provide specialist advice on employee matters, industrial relations, awards and conditions of employment and other P&C related matters;
  • Undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations and provide performance management coaching and advice;

  • Undertake analytical research;
  • Build co-operative working relationships with key stakeholders in the business.

This role provides a salary range between $1,405.25 to $1,686.65 per week ($73,269 to $87,941 per annum) + superannuation.
